Dear Child of the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
Today, we celebrate the most important liturgical Marian Feast, the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which honors Our Lady's Assumption into Heaven and confirms for us the hope of eternal life. And today, we also launch a 40 Days of Prayer and Fasting Vigil for the cause of the Fifth Marian Dogma.
"Finally, the Immaculate Virgin, preserved free from all stain of Original Sin, when the course of her earthly life was finished, was taken up body and soul into heavenly glory, and exalted by the Lord as Queen over all things" (Catechism of the Catholic Church: 966). Her glorious assumption into Heaven is the Fourth Marian Dogma of the Catholic Church affirming that Mary was transported into Heaven with her body and soul united and recognizing "her singular participation in her Son's Resurrection."
The Assumption of Mary was defined by Pope Pius XII on November 1, 1950 in his "Munificentissimus Deus." He declared, "Anyone who publicly dissents from the dogma has fallen away completely from the Divine and Catholic Faith."
The additional Marian Dogma of the Council of Ephesus in the year 431, which is acknowledged by all Christians, solemnly defined Mary as the Mother of God. Mary's Perpetual Virginity was proclaimed in the year 649 and Mary's Immaculate Conception was defined as dogma in 1854 – "by the singular grace of God and by virtue of the merits of Jesus Christ, Mary was preserved immune from Original Sin.". The dogmas provide a rich meaning for our spiritual life and a deeper understanding of Mary as Our Spiritual Mother, given to us by Jesus from the Cross as His final gift to humanity. "Behold thy Mother." (St. John 19:27)
Fervent Prayer is needed for the Fifth Dogma.
We pray that we will see in our lifetime, the Holy Father solemnly proclaim the Fifth and final Marian Dogma as the role of the Blessed Virgin Mary as "Co-redemptrix, Mediatrix of all Graces and Advocate."
Dr. Mark Miravalle, a well-known Marian author, speaker and professor of Theology and Mariology at the Franciscan University of Steubenville, has devoted his life to promoting and educating people throughout the world about Our Blessed Mother and the importance of the Fifth Marian Dogma to the "Triumph of the Immaculate Heart."
As many of you may know, Dr. Miravalle is President of the international Catholic movement, Vox Populi Mariae Mediatrici (Voice of the People for Mary Mediatrix) and has published numerous books in the area of Mariology and is an international lecturer and media consultant on mariological issues. He also published the book, "It is Time to Meet St. Philomena."
He joins cardinals, bishops, and more than five million lay people who have humbly petitioned the Holy Father to define officially this dogma which includes key truths illuminated in scripture and recognized as Church doctrine.
Dr. Miravalle has made a special appeal to the Catholic world to pray fervently for the solemn proclamation of the Fifth Dogma.

1) Mary as Co-redemptrix – Mary's role as Co-redemptrix began at the moment she said yes to the angel Gabriel (St. Luke 1:38) and gave Jesus his body, the instrument of salvation for us all. In the presentation of Our Lord (St. Luke 2:35), Simeon identifies Jesus as the Messiah and Mary's role saying "and you yourself a sword will pierce." At Calvary, Mary's heart is inseparable from the Heart of Jesus and she is one with Him in His mission of redemption. Mary's perfect obedience and intense sufferings, united so intimately with those of her Son, have contributed to "the Redemption of us all."
2) Mary as Mediatrix of all Graces – Popes and saints throughout history have referred to Mary as participating with Christ, the essential "Mediator." When Jesus is presented to those with an open heart, graces and sanctification are poured out. In scripture, Mary mediates to Elizabeth and to the unborn John by bringing Jesus to them resulting in John's sanctification (St. Luke 1:41). At the Wedding Feast of Cana, Mary acted as a "go-between," placing herself in the middle bringing the needs of the people to Jesus which resulted in the miracle of the wine. Even after Mary ends her earthly life, she continues to bring us the gifts of eternal salvation as the Mediatrix of all Graces.
3) Mary as Advocate – Mary has long been revered and loved as the Advocate of her children. As Our Spiritual Mother, she speaks to Jesus on behalf of the entire human family. Mary presents our petitions to Christ and transmits divine gifts and graces to us through His most Sacred Heart. We can, with absolute confidence, entrust the whole of our lives to this good Mother."
Your Role as a Co-redeemer:
The Message of Fatima affirms Mary's role as Co-redemptrix and is our invitation from Our Lady to serve in the work of redemption to obtain the salvation of all humanity by: 1) praying the Rosary daily; 2) offering everything we can as a sacrifice; and 3) offering the First Saturdays of Reparation (First Saturday of each month for five consecutive months) through confession, receiving Holy Communion, praying five decades of the Rosary, and spending 15 minutes with Our Lady in meditation of any of the 15 mysteries of the Rosary. All of these acts are done with the intention of making reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. This is our call from God to cooperate in the salvation of souls!
The Reparation of Daily Duty is our vocation.
Daily Duty:
- Morning Offering.
- Fifteen minutes mediation on the truths of our Faith each day.
- Attend daily Mass and, as often as possible, make a Spiritual Communion many times during the day.
- Seek always to live in God's presence.
- Spend 15 or 30 minutes each day reading from good spiritual books.
- Avoid all occasions of sin and do all things in moderation.
- Waste no time in profane or light reading.
- When temptation assails you, make the Sign of the Cross and call upon God to help you.
- Never be discouraged – if you fall into sin, make an Act of Perfect Contrition.
- Accept all the trials and humiliations which God may send you, saying: ‘Thy Will be done!'
Consecrate your life to Mary and live that consecration to the fullest! Wear the holy Scapular! "The Scapular will be for all the Sign of our Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary!" (Pope Pius XII)
I urge you, based on the convictions of your heart as a child of Mary, to join your brothers and sisters in Christ to help bring about the consecration of all souls to Mary which will contribute to ushering in the era of peace promised at Fatima.
I ask you to please keep the Fifth Marian Dogma in your daily Rosary intentions, your Mass intentions, and in your daily sacrifices.

Queen of the most Holy Rosary, in these times of such brazen impiety, manifest thy power with the signs of thine ancient victories, and from thy throne, whence thou dost dispense pardon and graces, mercifully regard the Church of thy Son, His Vicar on earth, and every order of clergy and laity who are sore oppressed in the mighty conflict. Do thou, who art the powerful vanquisher of all heresies, hasten the hour of mercy, even though the hour of God's justice is every day provoked by the countless sins of men. For me who am the least of men, kneeling before thee in supplication, do thou obtain the grace I need to live righteously upon earth and to reign among the just in Heaven. While in company with all the Christians of the world, I salute and proclaim thee as Queen of the most Holy Rosary.

| Dear Devotees of Our Lady of the Rosary, I encourage your campaign of prayer for the solemn Papal definition of the Fifth Marian Dogma.
The almost universal deluge of impurity, the distorted feminism, the genocide of abortion, and the world-wide aggressive homosexual activism, can only be countered supernaturally. This widespread impurity with the accompanying catastrophic collapse of traditional family life in many places, and the equally widespread loss of the true Faith, will only be overcome in the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Virgin and Mother. The official proclamation that, as Mother of the Church and all humanity, She is indeed the Co-redemptrix, will surely hasten this joyful day.
It is good that your campaign is to centre around the Feast of the Assumption, which is the Fourth Dogma. In the fourth Glorious Mystery of the Rosary, the traditional prayer is for the grace to do everything through, with and in Mary, and, therefore, also for Mary. In doing so, we do everything also through, with and in her SON, JESUS, and, therefore, also for HIM. This entails being conformed to CHRIST with Mary.

Amatissimo Figlio Del Cuor Immacolato di Maria,
Oggi, celebriamo la più importante Festa liturgica Mariana, la Solennità dell'Assunzione della Beata Vergine Maria, la Festa che rende onore all'Assunzione della Madonna in Cielo e dà a noi la speranza per la vita eterna. Ed oggi vogliamo anche annunciare una Veglia di 40 giorni di Preghiere e Astinenze per aiutare la causa del Quinto Dogma Mariano.
"Finalmente,la Vergine Immacolata, libera del Peccato Originale, quando la sua vita terrena era conclusa, fu portata anima e corpo alla gloria celeste, ed onorata dal Signore come la Regina di tutte le cose" Catechismo della Chiesa Cattolica:966).La sua gloriosa assunzione nel Cielo è il Quarto Dogma Mariano della Chiesa Cattolica e conferma che Maria fu portata in cielo animo e corpo e riconosce "la sua partecipazione eccezionale alla Risurrezione di suo Figlio".
L'Assunzione di Maria fu definito da Papa Pio X11 il 1 Novembre, 1950 nel suo "Munificentissimus Deus." Lui dichiarò, "Chiunque dissenti pubblicamente questa dogma ha perso completamente la Fede Cattolica."
Il successivo Dogma Mariano del Concilio di Efeso del 431, riconosciuto da tutti i Cristiani, dichiara Maria la Madre di Dio. La Verginità Perpetua di Maria fu proclamato nell' anno 649 e l'Immacolata Concezione fu definito dogma nel 1854-" per la grazia eccezionale di Dio e per i meriti di Gesu Cristo, Maria fu preservata immune dal Peccato Originale." Questi dogma danno un significato più ricco alla nostra vita spirituale ed una conoscenza più profonda di Maria come la Nostra Madre Spirituale, donata a noi da Gesù sulla Croce Suo ultimo regalo all'umanita. "Ecco tua Madre."(St. John 19:27)
Il Quinto dogma ha bisogno di preghiere fervide.
Noi preghiamo e speriamo che prima di morire, il Santo Padre proclami il Quinto ed ultimo Dogma Mariano, la Beata Vergine Maria come "Co-redentrice, Mediatrice e Fautrice di tutte le Grazie."
Dott. Mark Miravalle,un autore Mariano conosciuto, relatore e professore di Teologia ed Mariologia all'università Francescana di Steubenville,ha dedicato la sua vita a promuovere ed informare i popoli di tutto il mondo sulla Nostra Madre Benedetta e dell'importanza del Quinto Dogma Mariano "Il Trionfo del Cuore Immacolato."
Forse molti di voi gia sapete che,Dott.Miravalle è Presidente del gruppo internazionale Cattolico, Vox Populi Mariae Mediatrici (Voice of the People for Mary Mediatrix) ed ha pubblicato numerosi libri sulla Mariologia è un docente internazionale ed un consulente mediatico su questioni mariologici. Ha anche pubblicato il libro, "E ora di incontrare Santa Filomena.
Con lui cardinali, vescovi, e più di cinque milioni di laici hanno umilmente pregato il Santo Padre di definire ufficialmente questo dogma che comprende verità fondamentali delle sacre scritture ed accettate come dottrine della Chiesa.
Dott. Miravalle ha rivolto un appello particolare al mondo Cattolico di pregare ardentemente per la proclamazione del Quinto Dogma.

1) Maria come Co-redentatrice- Il ruolo di Maria come Co-redentatrice incominciò dal momento che lei rispose si all'angelo Gabriele (San Luca 1:38) e diede a Gesù il suo corpo, il mezzo di salvezza per tutti noi. Nella presentazione di Nostro Signore (San Luca 2:35),Simeone identifica Gesù come il Messia ed il ruolo di Maria dicendo "e tu saraì trafitta da una spada."Sul Calvario i cuori di Maria e di Gesù sono inseparabili, lei è con lui nella sua missione di redenzione. L'ubbidienza totale di Maria e tutte le sue sofferenze, insieme a quelle di Suo Figlio, hanno contribuito alla "Redenzione di tutti noi."
2) aria come Mediatrice di tutte le Grazie - Da sempre Papi e Santi vedono Maria partecipare con Cristo, "Il Mediatore". Quando Gesù viene presentato a coloro che hanno il cuore aperto, grazie e benedizioni abbondano. Nelle scritture, Maria fa da mediatrice ad Elisabetta ed a Giovanni ancora nel grembo materno, portando loro Gesù e con questo atto anche la beatificazione di Giovanni.(San Luca1:41). Alle Nozze di Cana Maria è stata il "tramite" lei ha portato il bisogno del popolo a Gesù con il miracolo del vino. Anche quando la vita terrena di Maria è terminata, lei continua a portarci il dono della salvezza eterna come Mediatrice di tutte le Grazie.
3) Maria come Fautrice - Maria è sempre stata riverita ed amata come Fautrice dei suoi figli. Come Nostra Madre Spirituale lei intercede con Gesù per tutto il genere umano. Maria porta le nostre richieste a Cristo e ci trasmette doni e grazie tramite il Suo Sacro Cuore. Possiamo affidarci con assoluta certezza a questa buona Madre-
Il tuo ruolo come Corredentore:
Il Messaggio di Fatima afferma il ruolo di Maria come Correndentrice ed è il nostro invito da parte di Nostra Signora a servire nell'opera di redenzione per ottenere la salvezza di tutta l'umanità 1) pregando il Rosario ogni giorno; 2) offrendo quanto possiamo come sacrificio; e 3) offrendo i Primi Sabati di Riparazione (Primo Sabato di ogni mese per cinque mesi consecutivi) mediante la confessione,il ricevimento della Sacra Comunione, pregando cinque decadi del rosario, e trascorrendo 15 minuti con Nostra Signore in meditazione su qualsiasi dei 15 misteri del Rosario. Tutte queste azioni devono essere fatte con l'intenzione di fare ammenda o di riparazione al Cuore Immacolato di Maria. Questo è il nostro messaggio da Dio per cooperare nella salvezza delle nostre anime!
La Riparazione del dovere quotidiano è nostra vocazione.
Dovere Quotidiano:
- Offerte del mattino.
- Quindici minuti, ogni giorno, di meditazione sulle verità della nostra Fede.
- Andare a Messa ogni giorno e quanto più possibile fare una Comunione Spirituale molte volte durante il giorno.
- Cercare sempre di vivere come se vivessimo in presenza di Dio.
- Trascorrere 15 o 30 minuti ogni giorno leggendo da buoni libri spirituali.
- Evitare tutte le occasioni di peccato e fare ogni cosa con moderazione.
- Non perdere del tempo in letture profane o superficiali.
- Quando la tentazione ti assale, fai il Segno della Croce e prega Dio che ti aiuti.
- Non scoraggiarti mai – se cadi in peccato, fai un Atto di Contrizione Perfetta.
- Accettare le prove e le umiliazioni che Dio ti manda, dicendo "Sia fatta la Tua Volontà"
Consacra la tua vita a Maria e vivi la tua consacrazione fino in fondo! Indossa il sacro Scapolare! " Lo Scapolare sarà per tutti il Segno della nostra Consacrazione al Cuore Immacolato di Maria!" (Papa Pio XII)
Ti urgo, basandomi sulle convinzioni del tuo cuore come figlio di Maria, ad unirti ai tuoi fratelli e sorelle in Cristo per aiutare a portare alla consacrazione di tutte le anime a Maria che contribuiranno ad annunciare l'era della pace promessa a Fatima.
Vi chiedo per piacere di mantenere il Quinto Dogma Mariano nelle vostre intenzioni del Rosario di ogni giorno, nelle intenzioni durante la Messa e durante i vosti sacrifici quotidiani.

Regina del Santissimo Rosario:
Regina del Santissimo Rosario, in questi tempi di impudente empietà, manifestaci il tuo potere con i segni delle tue antiche vittorie, e dal tuo trono, da cui dispensi il tuo perdono e le tue grazie, con misericordia, abbi cura della Chiesa di tuo Figlio, del suo Vicario sulla terra, e di ogni ordine religioso e laico che è oppresso nel grande conflitto. Tu, che sei la potente trionfatrice di tutte le eresie, affretta l'ora della grazia, anche se gli infiniti peccati degli uomini non fanno che istigare il momento del giorno della giustizia Divina. Per me che sono solo un piccolo uomo, in ginocchio davanti a te in supplica, rendimi la grazia di cui ho bisogno per vivere come una persona giusta sulla terra e per essere in grado di regnare il giusto in Cielo. In compagnia di tutti i Cristiani del mondo, ti saluto e ti proclamo come Regina del Santissimo Rosario.

| Cari Devoti di Nostra Signora del Rosario, Vi esorto per la vostra campagna di preghiera per la solenne dichiarazione Papale del Quinto Dogma Mariano.
Questa inondazione universale di impurità, il concetto di femminismo distorto, il genocidio dell'aborto, e l'aggressivo attivismo omosessuale nel mondo, può solo essere contrastato in modo soprannaturale. Questa impurità così estesa accompagnata in molti posti dal catastrofico crollo della vita tradizionale familiare, ed ugualmente estesa la perdita della vera Fede, possono essere solo superati con il Trionfo del Cuore Immacolato di Maria, Vergine e Madre. La proclamazione ufficiale che, come Madre della Chiesa e di tutta l'umanità, Lei è indubbiamente la Corredentrice, renderà di sicuro la venuta di questo giorno gioioso.
E' bello che la vostra campagna si concentri intorno alla Festa dell'Assunzione, che rappresenta il Quarto Dogma. Nel quarto Mistero Glorioso del Rosario, la preghiera tradizionale è per la grazia di fare ogni cosa tramite, con e in Maria e per questa ragione anche per Maria. Nel fare così, ci operiamo anche mediante, con e nel suo FIGLIO, GESU, e di conseguenza anche per LUI. Questo comporta uniformarsi a CRISTO con Maria.
Possa Dio Potente benedirvi per la vostra partecipazione in questa nobile impresa!

Prostrati ai tuoi piedi, O grande Regina dei Celi, ti veneriamo con la più profonda devozione e ti riconosciamo come Figlia del Padre nostro Signore, Madre del Verbo Incarnato, Sposa dello Spirito Santo. Tu sei la custode e la donatrice delle Grazie Divine... Per questa ragione, ci appelliamo a te Madre di Compassione Divina. Guardaci; afflitti e angosciati! Degnaci del tuo vero amore. Ti preghiamo, con grande fervore, di chiedere alla Divina Trinità, di concederci la grazia per superare il male e le nostre cattive passioni; la grazia efficace da santificare il giusto, convertire i peccatori, distruggere l'eresie, illuminare gli infedeli e portare tutti gli uomini alla vera Fede.
Ottieni per noi questo grande dono che tutto il mondo si possa unire sotto un Unica e Vera Chiesa.
